Google Calendar & Scheduling
When your appointment is confirmed, Honestech may add your appointment details to a private Google Calendar to reserve the service time and avoid scheduling conflicts. A calendar event may include your name, phone number, service address, vehicle, requested service, and confirmed time.
Calendar events are used for internal scheduling only and are not made public. Google processes calendar data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Form Submissions
Quote request forms on this site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your information is transmitted to Formspree and delivered to Honestech. Formspree handles form data under its own terms and privacy practices. Honestech does not store your form submissions on this website.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe. When you make a payment, your card information is handled directly by Stripe. Honestech does not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices.
Card payments processed through Stripe include a 3% processing fee as disclosed in our Terms and Conditions.
Information Sharing
Honestech does not sell or rent your personal information for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share your information only as necessary with the following service providers that support our operations:
- Formspree — form submission delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google Calendar — appointment scheduling
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Calls, Texts & Communication
By providing your phone number, you allow Honestech to call or text you directly about your service request, estimate, appointment, or completed work. Submitting the quote form does not enroll you in automated marketing messages or promotional texts.
Data Retention
We retain service records, payment records, and related information as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion of your information by contacting us directly, subject to records we are required to keep.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If you have concerns about your information, please contact us directly.
Your Choices
